A Composite combines or extracts elements from one or more source images to create a single new image. For example, Uncle Oscar can be added to a photo of a family gathering he couldn't attend. A great picture of Mom and Dad can be placed in front of the family castle. Or a wide-eyed brother Jim open can replace a blinking Jim on the reunion photo.

Composite Sample 3 extracts an image from a photo for use as a separate image. The overlap from the secomd person was removed and the image was sharpened, enhanced, and placed in an oval for framing.
